Where Do I Find My Tracking Number?

1. Check the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our workshop — the number is in there, with a direct tracking link.
2. Not in your inbox? Check your spam or promotions folder.
3. You can also log in to your account to see your order history.

Order Status Explained

• Order confirmed — we have your order and payment. In-stock items are packed within [1–3] business days; custom knives take [7–14] business days to forge.
• Shipped — your parcel is with the courier and tracking is live.
• In transit — moving between hubs. International parcels can go quiet for [3–5] days between scans; that is normal.
• Customs clearance — being processed by your country's customs. Any duty is collected by the courier on delivery.
• Out for delivery — arriving today. Someone [18 or older] may need to sign for it.

Tracking Not Working?

If your number shows nothing after 24 hours, or the status has not changed in [10] days, email [EMAIL] with your order number. We will chase the courier and get you an answer.
